Are there any good kdramas like boys over flowers or you’re beautiful?

I don’t know any K-dramas but there are Japanese and Taiwanese ones that are just as good

Hana-Kimi is one (there’s a J and a T version, I like the J version better though)
There’s also J and T versions of Boys Over Flowers (J-Hana Yori Dango and T-Meteor Shower)
