Moments of Happiness (Flowers of Japan, Director’s Cut)- In HQ
* Thanks to all my viewers and comentators- here now is a higher resolution version to enjoy of one of my most popular slideshows! Beautiful Flowers and Views of Mt Fuji, with a traditionally soothing Japanese ‘koto’ music soundtrack. The actual pictures were taken in 2001 on a film camera- I had no idea at the time they would end up in this form or even that they’d be on the internet. I want to thank everyone who has expressed an interest in this project. It shows to me just how timeless the beauty of this landscape is. For me it is the ‘real Japan’.

@LeaShishiza thanks Lea…well since then I went to a wonderful concert here on the Gold Coast with Japans #1 Koto player featured….even met her after the concert…was in complete awe.

@Prenty52 in the original video’s description the author said, they bought it in a 100-yen-shop in Japan. Dunno if you can get in anywhere online, tho.

Thanks for the memories. My late mother was Japanese and I remember this musical piece being played often on the stereo while growing up. She died in 1987. It was a wonderful trip down memory lane.
