This is going to depend on the planting zone you are in and what you are interested in I started with a few bulbs about 10 years ago and now I am addicted to gardening I would say I have about 200 different plants in my flower bed and then I also plants in pots right now I have about 30 Geraniums in the house rooting and probably another 30 coleus plants. You should go to one of the planting web sites like brechs bulbs or terry seeds look around and see what you like and see what the plants need like sun or shade see if they are zoned for your area and jump in-good luck~! there is so many wonderful flowers that bloom at different times of the year. . .
