What can you do if something you ordered online never comes, and you have been charged?
I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered www.spainflorist.com to a hotel in Spain, which cost me around £ 50. I ordered late Friday in March (27th) to be delivered on Saturday (March 28). The site the site says same-day delivery. The recipient has not received, and the order is "pending," according to the website. The transaction has already gone through my debit card account. The recipient is to leave the hotel before and I needed flowers for delivery yesterday and today. When trying to contact the company at its spainflorist website, it asks me to log-in, and when I hit the login button, nothing happens, not not seem to be otherwise in contact with them. Does anyone know what I can do or how do I go about getting a refund? I do not want (/ not be allowed!) That £ 50 to go down the drain …
Call your card company payment and cancel the transaction. Explain why you are canceling. Email Company of flowers and inform them of the cancellation to the company charge card. And tell them why you canceled the charge. You must notify the company of the cancellation of flowers to keep their side of the controversy alive and valid. If not, then can bring to the court for payment.
