Why in gods green earth do we make this agreement BIIIIG on a day of the week Hallmark has created? Is it our reality of relationships so diluted that there are 1 or 2 (Forgot Sweetest Day) to remember our loved ones love with the $ 5 cards and flowers that are $ 70 – $ 80 last week were $ 39.99 a dozen? Contrary to popular belief, unless Hallmark was around 1400, it is impossible that tradition was initiated by them:) For the record, I do not think its important it is and not expect gifts, my boyfriend shows me love every day of the year. … moreover restaurants are always crowded and the flowers are dying, last year we were on the grid and some steaks.
